In honor of National Coffee Day I wanted to share a delicious latte recipe with y’all!
Ryan got me an espresso machine last Christmas and we loved using it during the cold months. We haven’t used it at all in the past few since its kinda too hot in a Tennessee summer to enjoy a latte, but today I broke it out again in honor of coffee day, and the start of fall. If you like maple, you’ll love this naturally sweetened maple latte! 🙂
-1 shot of espresso (or about 1/3 cup of super strong coffee)
-roughly 1 cup of milk
-1/2 tbs. real maple syrup (adjust to your sweetness level)
-1/8 tsp. vanilla
-1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Brew espresso or coffee and add to mug. Add the maple syrup, vanilla, and spices, and stir well. Steam milk and pour milk into your mug and top with the milk foam! If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can heat the milk and then add it. 🙂 ENJOY a guilt free fall beverage!
